Fit to Lead Assessment Tool

The Fit to Lead assessment tool is designed to help you understand your own wellness in several aspects of life, including your physical, emotional, social, spiritual and financial health. It should take approximately 25 minutes to complete.

At the end of the assessment, you will be able to print a report that summarizes your overall personal wellness, highlighting areas for improvement.

All of your individual answers will be kept strictly confidential in compliance with federal privacy laws and regulations, which protects the privacy of personal health information. Only anonymous, aggregate information may be disclosed, including to your sponsoring organization.
