CPP School Certificate
The Comprehensive Protection Plan, administered by the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits of The United Methodist Church (General Board), provides educational benefits for children of deceased participants, active or retired. The benefits are available to eligible children ages 18 to 24 attending secondary or post-secondary school full time.
In order to qualify for receipt of educational benefits the School Certificate form must be completed and signed by the school registrar (or another enrollment officer of the school) and the student and be submitted every semester, quarter or trimester to the General Board.
If you would like the educational benefits sent by electronic fund transfer to your financial institution, please complete a Depository Agreement for Payments form.
